Mayor and Council

Mark Andresen, Mayor
Mark has made a second career out of being Mayor of Keystone debuting in 1986.  He continued his Mayoral career retiring in 2010.  He decided not being involved in the city government wasn't his thing, so he reclaimed his role as Mayor in 2022.  Mark has been a life long resident of Keystone.  He has family members also residing in Keystone.

Kathy Janss, Council Member

Kathy was first elected to the Keystone City Council in January 2006 and has continued to serve the city of Keystone since then.  Kathy and her husband Erin enjoy the quiet life in Keystone and gardening.  Kathy also serves on many other boards throughout Benton County.

Dave Monson, Council Member

Dave Monson started on the Keystone City Council in January of 2022.  This is his first term as a council member.  Dave and his wife have lived in Keystone for over 20 years.

Mary Kay Hennings Council Member

Mary Kay is in her first term of council member.  She has been a lifetime resident of Keystone and her and her husband raised their 3 kids in Keystone.  

Jamey Clemann, City Superintendent

Jamey officially started his career as City Superintendent in 2021.  He has been a fixture in Keystone his entire life and has always been very active in the community serving on many different boards and always stepping in to help out the city (businesses and residents) with anything that needs done.  He is very hands on and can fix just about anything!
